With the advent of the new Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, The Administrative Proceedings Committee (APC) was established. It’s main purpose is to resolve disputes or grievances arising from the operation of the Act. It is expected to be a vital tool for the Corporate Affairs Commission in ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Act.
