Strachan Partners recognises the great impact of Start-ups and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on the growth of the Nigerian economy at present and in the future and has identified a vacuum in the operations of most of these businesses which it intends to fill. This vacuum relates to the dearth of legal knowledge and technical know-how essential to run a successful and legally compliant business in Nigeria.
As a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiative for the year 2019, we have launched the Learned Entrepreneur Series, a training series wherein our Associates facilitate training sessions on various aspects of law which have an impact on business activities for start-ups and MSMEs at no cost. The training topics range from dispute resolution to contract/term sheet negotiation among others.
On Thursday, 13th June 2019, the first Masterclass in the Series was conducted and had leading entrepreneurs in attendance.
