The COVID 19 virus has stunned the world and taken humanity by storm. With this global pandemic making abortive the conventional methods of our judicial system, it is inevitable that the mechanisms of an increasingly digital society will be activated.

In this publication, we discuss a new form of Dispute resolution involving the use of modern information and technology (ICT). This holds the future for conducting activities in Nigerian Courts, considering its successful adoption and use in some other jurisdictions even before the COVID 19 pandemic.
