The ‘new normal’ since the Covid-19 pandemic has seen amongst others, the adoption of virtual meetings, court hearings around the world. The courts in Nigeria have however not adopted remote hearing procedure and same has left the judiciary in a state of comatose, especially with the JUSUN strike.
